Description: Demolition, strip out & structural alterations at Heythrop Park Hotel, Church Enstone, Oxfordshire. The project consists of strip out and high reach demolition works to the Brassey wing a 5 storey building adjoining the existing Warwick and Admin blocks of the hotel. Saw cuts were made to aid the careful separation works of the afore mentioned wings. Further to the structural demolition we have conducted extensive alterations to both internal and external areas, formed new openings, installed temporary works (to clients design) and arranged the removal of all asbestos from site.
