Project: Central Sussex College. Haywards Heath

Description: Asbestos removal from several areas on site. Separation by hand to allow demolition of redundant 3 storey part of college building whilst keeping the live part of the building open for use. Demolition of large gymnasium, 4 storey office block, separated section of main college and several out-buildings. The contract, commissioned by Mansell also included removal of all slab and foundations which were crushed by us on site to be used in the construction of the new college buildings.
There is a second phase to the contract which involves demolition of the remaining separated 3 storey college building which will take place in November 2012 once the new parts of the college are constructed.
